Born and raised in the Coachella Valley, he carries on a family legacy of professional service - the Rosenberg name has been trusted in the valley since 1989. Charlie's entrepreneurial journey began with owning and operating a 25-computer Internet Cafe and Computer Shop in Big Bear (2002-2006), before spending 12 years in San Diego working for technology corporations. He leads a team of technology professionals and leverages a network of industry specialists to deliver AI implementation, cloud migrations, workflow automation, and comprehensive IT solutions to businesses and individuals in the community he's called home his entire life.

In 2018, Charlie returned home to the Coachella Valley to found Cyber Chaperone in Bermuda Dunes. With a background that includes roles as CTO, as well as Technical Account Manager at CARET (enterprise legal software), and Systems Analyst, Charlie built a team and network that brings corporate-level technical expertise to local businesses and residents, coordinating specialists across various technology domains to ensure clients receive expert service for every need.

Professional Experience

Throughout his career, Charlie has built customer success operations for rapid-growth tech startups including iZ3D, iRates, and Hillcrest Social. As a Technical Account Manager at CARET, he managed enterprise cloud software implementations for law firms and specialized in recovering at-risk accounts.

Charlie's entrepreneurial journey began early - he owned and operated a 25-computer Internet Cafe and Computer Shop in Big Bear from 2002 to 2006, providing his first hands-on experience serving customers' technology needs. During this time, he also completed a technical apprenticeship at Big Bear Technology and Networking Services (2004-2006), focused on network installations, hardware diagnostics, and IT support.
